Day 5 was a travel day to New Orleans, and a quick walk around town. Up one side of Bourbon street...
...and down the other. It's the off-season, obviously.
Here's where we had our first taste of crawfish.
We split a fried platter of crawfish, catfish, shrimp, oysters, and crab. Note the salad to help cancel out all the fat.
The food was pretty good, and the fun part was the dancing. They had a small band with a squeezebox, fiddle, bass, and drums.
Everyone in the place got up to dance, practically.
