After a quick trip back to the hotel to shower and change, on to Providence, a seafood restaurant with two Michelin stars.
The menu for the evening, absolutely divine, and each course had a delicious wine pairing.
A first amuse-bouche course with three items: in front, a tapioca cracker with shrimp on top, on the left an uni butter tartlet, and on the right a Kobe beef tartar.

Chef's chocolate creation: the cube is chocolate whiskey buttercreme on the inside, a chocolate bark on top with roasted cocoa nibs, and a chocolate gelato, served with a thick sherry (Pedro Ximenez valdespino el candado).
